摘 要:以国产18CrNiMo7-6高铁齿轮钢为研究对象,通过采用不同温度下的夏比V型缺口系列冲击实验法测得高铁齿轮钢在-196~20℃温度间的系列冲击功,绘制出冲击功-温度曲线;采用显微镜进行断口分析,测定断口剪切断面率;结合冲击断口剪切断面率及断口形貌,确定18CrNiMo7-6高铁齿轮钢的韧脆转变温度。试验结果表明:18CrNiMo7-6高铁齿轮钢冲击值随温度下降而降低,-60℃冲击值降低明显;断口形貌随着温度的降低由韧窝逐渐向解理断裂变化,-40℃时断口主要是解理断口形貌,-40℃冲击断口剪切断面率为52%,从而确定高铁齿轮钢经“淬火+回火”热处理后韧脆转变温度为-50~-40℃。Taking domestic 18CrNiMo7-6 high-speed railway gear steel as the research object, the series impact energy of high-speed railway gear steel at -196~20 ℃ was measured by Charby V-notch series impact test method at different temperatures, and the impact energy-temperature curve was drawn. The fracture was analyzed by microscope and the shear section rate was determined. The toughness and brittleness transition temperature of 18CrNiMo7-6 high-speed railway gear steel was determined by combining the shear section ratio and fracture morphology of impact fracture. The test results show that the impact value of 18CrNiMo7-6 high-speed railway gear steel decreases with the temperature decreasing, and the impact value decreases obviously at -60 ℃. The fracture morphology changes gradually from dimple to cleavage fracture with the decrease of temperature. When the temperature is -40 ℃, the fracture morphology is mainly cleavage fracture, the shear section rate of impact fracture is 52%, so it can be determined that the toughness and brittleness transition temperature of high-speed railway gear steel after "quenching + tempering" heat treatment is -50~-40 ℃.
