摘　　要：通过对履带钢冷却变形与矫直工艺进行研究,分析履带钢冷却变形机理,找出履带钢板型变形的原因,并制定可行的措施,对履带钢矫直过程进行控制,从而提高履带钢的矫直质量,提高成材率,满足客户需求。Through the research on the cooling deformation and straightening process of track steel, the causes of track steel plate deformation are found out, and feasible measures are formulated to improve the straightening quality of track steel and the yield, and meet the needs of customers.
