摘　　要：鉴于剖分用热轧卷板的产品优势,介绍热轧卷板剖分料的冷轧生产要求,分析剖分料与原边料的差异及使用要求。通过改善来料板凸度、优化剖分规则、后道工序改善板形等手段,使得剖分料冷轧产品可满足高端镀锡板的质量要求。In view of the product advantages of hot rolled coil for splitting, this paper introduces the cold rolling production requirements of hot rolled coil split stock, and analyzes the differences and application requirements between split stock and raw edge stock. By means of improving the convexity of incoming sheet, optimizing the dividing rule and improving the shape in the next process, the cold rolled products of divided sheet can meet the quality requirements of high-end tinplate.
