摘　　要：失智症以慢性、进行性认知功能减退为特征,逐步影响患者的精神行为及日常生活能力。其逐年攀升的发病率给患者、家庭及社会带来巨大的负担。针对失智症的照护困境、经济负担、社会职能缺位等问题,根据国际失智症社区照护的研究及经验指导,结合粤港澳大湾区的实际情况,本文从失智症社区建设的具体覆盖领域、推动发展措施及成效评估等方面提出专家推荐意见,为粤港澳大湾区失智症标准化友好社区的建设提供指引,推动发展失智症友好化社会。Dementia is a collection of syndromes characterized by chronic and progressive cognitive decline,behavioral and psychological disturbances,and daily-life activity impairment,which mostly affects the elderly.It is caused by a variety of primary neurodegenerative disorders or secondary injuries to the central nervous system,among which Alzheimer disease accounts for 60%~70%of cases.The complicated etiology and pathogenesis of dementia make it incurable,resulting in disability and dependency among demented patients and long-term health care burden for their families.With the growing tendency of population aging all around the world,the incidence of dementia is rising year by year,along with the medical cost of dementia management,which has become a public health and social problem attracting urgent attention.Confronted with the lack of disease awareness among the public,the stigma attached to demented patients,the predicament of care and rehabilitation,the financial burden of dementia management,and the shortage of social support for dementia,it is essential to develop dementia-friendly communities to provide professional management,quality services,humanistic care and livable environment for demented patients and their caregivers.The Guangdong Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area has built a solid foundation for collaboration in medical and social services for dementia,potentially serving as a pioneer in the establishment of dementia-friendly communities.Therefore,based on the national recognition and international guidelines of dementia care,the article of expert consensus expatiates on the areas for actions,measures of promotion,and the process of recognition and evaluation of building dementia-friendly communities in the Greater Bay Area,providing the practice standard for developing a dementia-friendly society in China.
