摘 要:为确保无线调车机车信号和监控系统(Shunting Train Protection,STP)在各种场景下对调车车列位置的准确跟踪,结合现实测试中无人化、智能化的需求,提出STP车列位置跟踪功能测试一体化解决方案。首先,围绕调车作业相关的计算机联锁、车列走行、司机操作、调车信令及应答定位器等设备,搭建3层仿真测试平台;其次,通过研究多目标蚁群算法、调车站内控制策略及CNN+LSTM深度神经网络等关键技术,完成基于有向图模型的测试脚本自动生成、仿真调车自动走行及调车实时位置信息的自动图像识别;最后,基于兰州北站数据,对测试过程中自动化平台代替人工进行操作的情况进行统计分析。结果表明:自动化测试平台可替代人工测试,用于复杂站场的STP车列位置跟踪功能测试;自动化测试平台相对人工测试降低了劳动强度,且两者测试劳动时间效率比接近4∶1。In order to ensure the precise tracking of the shunting train set position by the wireless shunting locomotive signaling and monitoring system(Shunting Train Protection STP,for short)in various scenarios,combined with requirements for the unmanned and intelligent qualities in reality test,an integrated solution to the function test of the STP train set position tracking is proposed.Firstly,a 3-layer simulation test platform is established regarding computer interlocking,train running,driver operation,shunting signaling,balise and other equipment related to the shunting operation.Secondly,by studying key technologies such as multiobjective ant colony algorithm,intra-station shunting control strategies and the CNN+LSTM deep neural network,the automatic generation of test scripts based on a digraph model,the simulation of automatic shunting running,and the automatic image identification of the real-time location information of shunting are completed.Finally,according to the data of Lanzhou North Railway Station,the situation of replacing manual operation with automated platform in the test is analyzed through statistic analysis.The results show that the automatic test platform can replace manual testing and is applicable to the function testing of STP train set position tracking in complex station yards.Compared with manual testing,the automated test platform reduces labor intensity,and the labor and time efficiency ratios of the two types of tests almost reach 4∶1.
