摘　　要：社区精神障碍患者是弱势人群,其卫生健康服务需求较为复杂和特殊。本研究梳理了社区精神障碍患者健康管理现况,分析了当前健康管理工作中的不足及薄弱环节,建议立足于家庭医生签约服务,以患者卫生健康需求为导向,积极构建精神及心理卫生服务、躯体疾病防治、社区康复服务和医疗费用管理等为一体的社区精神障碍患者新型健康管理模式。Individuals with mental disorders in communities belong to vulnerable groups,and their health service needs are complex and special.This paper combs out the current situation of health management of patients with mental disorders in communities,analyzes the shortcomings and weaknesses in the current health management,and suggests a new health management model,which is family doctor contract services-based and health needs-oriented,for patients with mental disorders in communities,and actively constructs mental and psychological health services,physical disease prevention and treatment,community rehabilitation services,and medical cost management.
