美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗慢性肠炎的临床疗效

摘　　要：目的探讨美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗慢性肠炎的临床疗效。方法选取2016年1月至2017年12月本院收治的90例慢性肠炎患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组45例。对照组行双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,观察组行美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗,比较两组临床疗效及治疗前后白细胞介素(IL)-6、IL-8和IL-10水平。结果观察组治疗总有效率为93.3%,高于对照组的68.9%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗2周后,观察组血清IL-6和IL-8水平均低于治疗前,IL-10水平高于治疗前,且观察组血清IL-6和IL-8水平均低于对照组,IL-10水平高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论美沙拉嗪肠溶片联合双歧杆菌乳杆菌三联活菌片治疗慢性肠炎效果显著,可改善患者血清炎症水平,值得临床推广运用。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus triple viable tablets in the treatment of chronic enteritis.Methods 90 patients with chronic enteritis treated in our hospital from January 2016 to December 2017 were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 45 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable tablets,and the observation group was treated with mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Bifidobacterium Lactobacillus triple viable tablets,the clinical efficacy and the levels of serum interleukin(IL)-6,IL-8 and IL-10 were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results The total effective rate of treatment in the observation group was 93.3%,which was higher than 68.9%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,the serum levels of IL-6 and IL-8 in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,while the levels of IL-10 in the observation group were higher than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Mesalazine enteric-coated tablets combined with Bifidobacterium and Lactobacillus is effective in the treatment of chronic enteritis and can improve the level of serum inflammation,which is worthy of clinical application.
