摘　　要：学科竞赛对大学生专业综合能力提升的作用日益凸显,创新实验室作为学科竞赛开展的重要载体,对其管理模式提出了新的要求。从创新实验室长效机制构建、教学与科技竞赛衔接、拔尖创新型人才培养制度、指导教师队伍建设等方面,对创新实验室管理机制改革提出了可行性建议。实践表明,创新实验室管理机制的改革探索对于大学生创新能力,尤其是拔尖创新型人才培养具有极大的推动作用,对于提升高校创新创造能力具有重要的参考价值。Discipline competitions are becoming increasingly prominent for the improvement of college students’ professional comprehensive ability.As an important carrier for the development of discipline competitions,the innovation laboratory also puts forward new requirements for its management mode.From several aspects such as the construction of long-term mechanism of innovation laboratory,the connection of teaching and science and technology competition,the training system of top-notch innovative talents,and the construction of instructor team,the management system and mechanism of innovation laboratory are analyzed and feasible suggestions are put forward.The practice shows that the reform and exploration of the management of the innovation Laboratory has a great promoting effect on the innovation ability of college students,especially on the cultivation of top talents,and has an important reference value for improving the original innovation ability of college.
