摘  要:针对直流固态变压器与光伏电源之间端口线路的极间故障,在搭建融合光伏的直流配电网模型基础上,从换流器和光伏电源工作原理的角度分析光伏电源与直流固态变压器端口线路极间故障特性,根据其故障响应,将故障过程分为四个阶段,即双模块直流侧电容放电、光伏电源多回路供电、光伏电源续流和双有源全桥换流器电感续流阶段,并通过每个阶段的故障电流、电压的方程式和等效电路,得到光伏电源与直流固态变压器端口线路发生极间故障时故障电流增长快、幅值高,对二极管器件冲击大,故障复杂的特性。最后在PSCAD/EMTDC中进行建模仿真,在Matlab中进行理论仿真共同验证故障分析的正确性。In view of the inter⁃pole fault of the port line between DC solid⁃state transformer and PV power,on the basis of the establishment of DC distribution network model integrated with PV,the inter⁃pole fault characteristics of the port line between PV power and DC solid⁃state transformer are analyzed in the perspective of working principle of inverter and PV power.According to the fault response,the fault process is divided into four stages,namely the stage of dual⁃module DC side capacitor discharge,the stage of PV power multi⁃loop power supply,the stage of PV power freewheeling and the stage of dual active full⁃bridge converter inductive freewheeling.By the fault current,voltage equations and equivalent circuits of each stage,the fault characteristics of rapid growth and high amplitude of fault current,fault current′s large impact on the diode device and excessive complex faults when an inter⁃pole fault occurs to the port line between the PV power and the DC solid⁃state transformer are obtained.Finally,modeling and simulation were carried out in PSCAD/EMTDC,and theoretical simulation was carried out in Matlab to jointly verify the correctness of the fault analysis.
