摘　　要：目的通过文献计量学方法分析急性白血病合并肛周疾病的研究现状及热点,为临床及科研工作者提供参考依据。方法在知网数据库、万方数据库、维普数据库和Pubmed文献数据库,中文以“急性白血病、痔、肛裂、肛周脓肿、肛周感染”为关键词,英文以“Acute leukemia、Hemorrhoids、Anal fissure、Perianal abscess、Perianal infection”等为关键词进行检索,分析从建库至2018年发表的相关研究,使用NoteExpress统计文献发表时间及类型和高频关键词分布情况,然后利用Excel 2019对符合标准文献中患者的性别、年龄、诊治、治疗效果进行描述和呈现。结果共检索到263篇关于急性白血病肛周疾病的文献,经去重处理和筛选后,符合要求的文献共65篇。急性白血病合并肛周疾病的关注热点主要集中在肛周感染;研究方向以临床观察为主;治疗现状:西医治疗手段单一,主要依靠外治法,以局部用药为主,疗效不确切,缺少广泛推广的临床证据。结论急性白血病合并肛周疾病的研究比较少,且研究质量低,需要加大研究的广度和深度,增加多中心临床研究,为此类患者提供更多元化的治疗方案,以保障其顺利通过化疗和移植期。Objective To analyze the research status and hot spot of acute leukemia complicated with perianal disease by bibliometrics,so as to provide reference for clinical and scientific researchers.Methods In the HowNet database,Wanfang database,VIP database and Pubmed literature database,the Chinese keywords"acute leukemia,hemorrhoids,anal fissure,perianal abscess,perianal infection")"and the English keywords"acute leukemia,hemorrhoids,anal fissure,perianal absciss,perianal infection"were used as keywords for the subject search,to analyze the relevant studies published from the establishment of the database to 2018.Noteexpress was used to calculate the publication time,type and distribution of high-frequency keywords of the literature,and then Excel 2019 was used to describe and present the gender,age,diagnosis and treatment,and treatment effect of patients in the literature that met the standard.Results A total of 263 articles on perianal diseases of acute leukemia were retrieved.After deduplication and screening,65 articles met the requirements.The hot spots of acute leukemia complicated with perianal diseases were mainly focused on perianal infection,and the research direction was mainly clinical observation.As for current situation of treatment,Western medicine treatment has a single treatment method,mainly relying on external treatment and local medication,with uncertain curative effect and lack of widely promoted clinical evidence.Conclusion There are few studies on acute leukemia complicated with perianal diseases,and the research quality is low.It is necessary to increase the breadth and depth of research,increase multi-center clinical research,and provide more diversified treatment schemes for such patients,so as to ensure that they can successfully pass the chemotherapy and transplantation period.
