高等院校助力数字经济发展的路径策略探究

摘　　要：随着互联网信息技术的不断发展与普及,数字经济已经向纵深发展。为顺应时代发展与进步,各行各业都在进行数字化转型,因此培养数字化人才至关重要,且迫在眉睫。而要促进数字经济发展,高校需充分发挥自身的优势和力量。文章以高校如何助力数字经济发展为主题,对高校在数字经济转型中扮演的重要作用,以及助力数字经济发展的路径和具体策略进行比较详细的分析。在此基础上,提出高校培养数字经济人才的相关策略:一是优化学科专业,对接数字经济产业发展需求;二是改进教育教学,培养高素质人才;三是汇聚人才队伍,打造过硬师资队伍;四是致力科技创新,贡献有效科技成果;五是创新体制机制,营造良好环境。上述策略的有效运用,可以更好地彰显数字经济发展中的高校作用,能够为高校培养数字经济人才提供一定的参考和借鉴。With the continuous development and popularization of information technology and internet,the digital economy has tremendously boosted.To respond to the new trend,each field makes effort to digital transformation.Thus,the cultivation competent human recourse in digital economy is urgently needed.Thus,as higher educational institution with educational advantages and capacity,it plays an important roles in boosting the development of digital economy.This paper places the focus at higher education institution’s roles in boosting digital economy and analyzing the functions in digitalization,aiming to provide several suggestions for digital economy competent human training,gather talents to build a team of excellent teachers;committing to technological innovation and contribute effectively Scientific and technological achievements;innovate systems and mechanisms to create a good environment.The above strategies can better demonstrate the role of colleges and universities in the development of the digital economy,and can provide a certain reference for colleges and universities to cultivate digital economy talents.
