摘 要:随着数字经济的发展和疫情的“催化”,教育数字化改革在全球掀起热潮。澳大利亚早在20世纪80代就开始教育数字化改革,并取得一定成效。文章选取澳大利亚具有代表性的教育改革政策,通过分析其主要政策内容,梳理改革的主要举措,并结合我国教育数字化改革实践的具体情况,提出以下建议:完善基础设施,保障教育公平;加强校园数字治理能力,推动教育治理现代化;注重家长的数字参与,构建人人参与的新模式;创新工具,构筑高效数字教育生态系统。With the development of the digital economy and the“catalysis”of the COVID-19 pandemic,a worldwide upsurge in education digitalization is developing.Australia has carried out a nationwide digital transformation of education since the 1980s,which has gained great achievement.Thus,we selected some important Australian policies related to digital education reform and conducted in depth analysis,based on this,we summarized the main actions and plans of these policies.Then,with the analysis of representative digital education revolution policies in Australia and the introduction of China’s policies in this field,we proposed several suggestions including improving infrastructure and ensuring educational equity,strengthening the ability of campus digital governance and promoting the modernization of educational governance,paying attention to the digital participation of parents and building a new model for everyone to participate,and innovating the instrument to build an efficient digital education ecosystem.
