摘  要:高校教育事业统计和数据报表是反映学校办学成果、办学实力的直观窗口。华南师范大学根据教育部、广东省教育厅发文要求,每年度积极、如实进行数据填报。经过多年填报发现,现有填报方式已不能满足当前高校治理模式和信息化发展水平,数据填报方式陈旧、低效,与学校数据治理主题业务数据关联度低,填报数据协作难,溯源困难,数据可分析钻取维度不够,无法进一步挖掘数据价值,不能为学校决策提供数据支撑。华南师范大学通过建立具备可分工协作、业务数据自动生成功能的高校教育事业统计智能信息系统,来提高学校教育事业统计工作效率、统计准确性,形成学校基本办学情况数据资产库,为学校工作决策提供科学依据。The statistics and data reports of educational undertakings in colleges and universities can reflect the achievements and strength of school running.According to the requirements issued by the Ministry of Education and Guangdong Provincial Department of Education,South China Normal University actively and truthfully reports data every year.After years of reporting,it found that the existing report methods can no longer meet the current requirement of university governance model and the level of informatization development.The data report methods are outdate and inefficient,and it has a low degree of correlation with the school data governance theme business data.It is difficult to cooperate with and trace the source of the reported data.The dimension analyzed and drilled is insufficient,and the value of data cannot be further mined to provide data support for school decision-making.Thus,South China Normal University has solved the above problems by establishing an intelligent information system for college education statistics that can be divided into labor and cooperatively generated automatically through business data,which can greatly improve the efficiency and accuracy of school education statistics,construct the school’s basic school-running situation data,and provide a scientific basis for school decision-making.
