摘　　要：针对当前工科高校研究生奖学金评审管理中存在评审指标多难以量化、评审工作量大、效率低等问题,文章探讨高校研究生奖学金评审的标准体系;详细设计高校研究生奖学金评审管理信息化平台的系统架构与功能模块;构建高校研究生奖学金评审管理信息化平台,规范、优化研究生奖学金评审工作流程,以提高研究生奖学金评审管理工作的效率与质量,提升高校研究生奖学金综合管理水平。This article explored the existing difficulty quantification in evaluation indices,large workload,and inefficiency during postgraduate scholarship evaluation management in engineering colleges and universities and studied the criteria system of postgraduate scholarship evaluation in engineering universities.Subsequently,the system architecture and function module of the management information platform for postgraduate scholarship evaluation is designed in detail.Then,the information platform of postgraduate scholarship evaluation management for college and university is constructed for standardizing and optimizing the process of postgraduate scholarship evaluation.It not only can improve the efficiency and quality of postgraduate scholarship evaluation management,but also can promote the comprehensive management postgraduate scholarship in colleges and universities.
