新时代背景下一流应用型本科人才培养方略探究

摘　　要：培养应用型人才是普及化高等教育的主体性任务。在经济减速提质和产业转型升级的新时代背景下,提高应用型本科人才培养质量,对推进高质量发展和建设高等教育强国具有重要的战略意义。发达国家在高层次应用型人才培养方面进行了多维度探索,为我国培养高素质应用型人才提供了有益借鉴。新时代应用型本科人才培养方略,要坚持知行合一、学以致用的人才培养理念;优化能力主导、注重实践的人才培养模式;完善多元协同、产教融合的人才培养机制。The cultivation of application-oriented talents is the main task of popularized higher education.Under the background of economic slowdown,quality improvement and industrial transformation and upgrading in the new era,it is of great strategic significance to improve the cultivation quality of application-oriented undergraduate talents for promoting high-quality development and building a powerful country of higher education.Developed countries have carried out multi-dimensional exploration in the cultivation of high-level application-oriented talents,provide useful reference for training high quality applied talents in China.In order to explore the cultivation strategy of application-oriented undergraduate talents in the new era,we should insist on the talent cultivation belief of unity of knowledge and practice,study for purpose of application;Optimize the ability-oriented,practice-oriented talent education model;Improve the personnel training mechanism of multi-collaboration and industry-education integration.
