摘  要:为了提高设备的故障诊断能力,笔者设计了液压阀门遥控设备故障智能分析系统,将STM64ZAT2200作为系统的微处理器,采用WGHSJ320CJ-4.5作为系统的数据采集装置,引用随机故障Petri网构建液压阀门遥控设备状态数据库,利用有限马尔可夫链分析瞬时变迁下单位周期内设备状态发生的变迁,实现对其故障的智能分析。测试结果表明,该系统可以实现对液压阀门遥控设备维修率以及可用度的准确分析。In order to improve the ability of equipment fault diagnosis and the effect of equipment state change,an intelligent fault analysis system for hydraulic valve remote control equipment is designed.STM64ZAT2200 was used as the microprocessor of the system,WGHSJ320CJ-4.5 was used as the data acquisition device of the system,the state database of hydraulic valve remote control equipment was constructed by using Petri net of random fault,and the changes of equipment state in unit period under instantaneous changes were analyzed by finite Markov chain.The test results show that the system can accurately analyze the maintenance rate and availability of hydraulic valve remote control equipment.
