摘 要:针对人工拣货效率低以及拣选通道堵塞的问题,根据某物流企业的仓库布局特点,综合考虑仓库物理限制、拣货人员及辅助工具能力约束等实际约束,构建了涉及多货物种类、多订单和多服务台的包含订单分配和拣货路径优化在内的双层优化模型,并采用改进的乌鸦搜索算法和鲸鱼优化算法求解双层优化模型。同时针对拣货过程中可能出现的路径冲突情况,提出相应的调整策略,以达到避免员工在拣货过程中出现堵塞、影响通行的目的。以真实工业企业仓库拣货作业环境为背景建立相应模型并求解,结果验证了方法的优越性和有效性。In this paper,to help solve the problems caused in low-efficiency manual picking and picking channel congestion in the warehouse operation of a certain logistics enterprise,and according to the warehouse layout of the enterprise,we comprehensively considered the physical constraints of the warehouse,and the capacity constraints of the picking personnel and the auxiliary tools,etc.,and established a two-layer optimization model involving multiple goods varieties,multiple orders and multiple work stations for the purpose of order allocation and picking path optimization.Next,we used the improved crow search algorithm and whale optimization algorithm to solve the model,and,at the same time,according to the possible path conflicts in the picking process,put forward the corresponding adjustment strategies to avoid blocking or impasse of operators during the picking process.At the end,we established the corresponding model and solved it in the context of the warehouse picking operation environment of a real enterprise,the result of which verified the superiority and effectiveness of the method.
