摘  要:采用高压水射流技术可以改善掘进机切割坚硬岩石的性能。水射流喷嘴的最佳位置和旋转刀盘的启动压力尚未确定,因此,对喷水喷嘴位置和压力对切割的影响进行研究探讨。实验结果表明,高压水射流技术是可行的,喷水有助于降低切割扭矩和推力;喷嘴位于镐的中心时,岩石破碎性能最好;对于压力为40 MPa的中心定位构型,三种岩石的比能量分别降低了41.3%、28.3%和20.1%;经检验喷嘴位置和喷水压力对粉尘抑制系数达到70%以上。The use of high-pressure water jet technology can improve the performance of roadheader in cutting hard rocks.The optimal position of the water jet nozzle and the starting pressure of the rotating cutter have not been determined,so the effect of the water jet nozzle position and pressure on cutting is investigated.The experimental results showed that the method is feasible and that the water jet helps to significantly reduce the cutting torque and thrust force.In addition,the best rock crushing performance was achieved when the nozzle was located in the center of the pick.For the centrally located configuration with a pressure of 40 MPa,the specific energy of the three rocks was reduced by 41.3%,28.3%and 20.1%respectively.The nozzle position and water spray pressure were tested to achieve a dust suppression factor of more than 70%.
