摘 要:为进一步提升采煤机的生产能力,降低采煤机的故障率,提升其开机率,在对采煤机薄弱环节分析的基础上,结合实践经验定位截割部位发展故障较高的环节,然后重点对变负载工况下采煤机截割部齿轮啮合状态和摇臂箱体振动特性进行分析,旨在进一步提升与采煤机相关的理论水平,为采煤机的合理、高效设计提供扎实的理论基础。In order to further improve the production capacity of coal mining machine,reduce the failure rate of coal mining machine and improve its start-up rate,on the basis of the analysis of the weak links of coal mining machine,the links with high failure development in the cut-off part are located with practical experience;then the gear meshing state and rocker box vibration characteristics of the cut-off part of coal mining machine under variable load conditions are analyzed,aiming to further improve the theoretical level related to coal mining machine and provide a solid foundation for the rational and efficient design of coal mining machine.The purpose is to further improve the theory related to coal mining machine and provide a solid theoretical foundation for the reasonable and efficient design of coal mining machine.
