摘　　要：在研究经济型数控车床运用桁架机械手自动上下料改造的基础上,对现有经济型广州数控车床GSK980TD进行智能化升级改造,进行液压卡盘、气动防护门的智能化改造,增加自动上下料仓,PLC电控系统,实现了广州数控车床GSK980TD桁架机械手自动上下料智能化柔性化加工,为当前广州数控车床GSK980TD进行智能化升级改造提供一定的技术借鉴。On the basis of studying the transformation of economic CNC lathe using truss manipulator for automatic loading and unloading,intelligent upgrading of existing economic Guangzhou CNC lathe GSK980TD,intelligent transformation of hydraulic chuck and pneumatic guard gate,increase of automatic loading and unloading bin,PLC electric control system,realized the intelligent automatic loading and unloading of truss manipulator of Guangzhou CNC lathe GSK980TD Flexible processing,providing some technical reference for the current Guangzhou CNC lathe GSK980TD to carry out intelligent upgrading and transformation.
