摘 要:为进一步提升矿井主井提升机运输安全性和运输效率,在对当前多绳摩擦式提升机应用工况现状分析的基础上,重点对多绳摩擦式提升机摩擦轮进行改进设计,主要对其支环结构及焊接位置、楔形槽结构尺寸及焊接位置进行设计,并对改进后新型摩擦轮基于ANSYS软件对其应力和安全系数进行仿真分析,得出此次改进设计明显提升了摩擦轮的性能,为提升矿井提升机的运输安全性奠定了基础。In order to further improve the transport safety and efficiency of the main shaft hoist in mines, based on the analysis of the current working conditions of the multi-friction hoist, the improved design of the friction wheel of the multi-friction hoist is focused on the structure and welding position of the support ring, the size and welding position of the wedge groove structure, and the stress and safety coefficient of the new friction wheel based on ANSYS software. The simulation analysis of the new friction wheel after improvement is based on ANSYS software, and it is concluded that the improved design has obviously improved the performance of the friction wheel and laid the foundation for improving the transport safety of the hoist.
