摘　　要：由于齿轮箱对于系统造成的误差较大,综合液压系统性能以及设备成本等问题,选用一种双输出轴的电机。改进设计的双输出轴电机+两个齿轮泵,减少了齿轮箱的中间转换环节,减小了系统故障,提高了系统的传动效率,降低了系统的成本;电机和齿轮泵通过弹性柱销联轴器连接,对中性好,传动效率更高。综合系统改进后,传动效率和系统成本节省上都有了较大的提高。The roadheader has two power sources, one is the cutting motor which provides power to the cutting part, the other is the pump motor which provides power to the pumping station. The pump station is the main power source of the hydraulic components of the roadheader. The structure of double output shaft end oil pump motor + two gear pumps reduces the gear box between the oil pump motor and the gear pump, effectively guarantees the smooth operation of the gear pump, and makes the smooth operation of the moving parts of the roadheader.
