大承气汤保留灌肠联合穴位指针疗法缓解无创通气患者并发腹胀的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察大承气汤保留灌肠联合穴位指针疗法治疗无创通气并发腹胀患者的临床疗效。方法选取90例无创辅助通气并发腹胀患者,随机分为对照组与研究组各45例,对照组采用常规治疗,研究组在此基础上采用大承气汤保留灌肠联合穴位指针疗法,观察两组患者治疗前后腹围、腹内压、首次排气排便时间及胃肠道症状情况。结果研究组患者治疗后腹围及腹内压均小于对照组(P<0.05),首次排气排便时间较对照组缩短(P<0.05),胃肠道症状评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论大承气汤保留灌肠联合穴位指针疗法可有效缓解无创通气患者并发腹胀程度,减轻患者腹内不适症状,改善胃肠道功能,提高治疗效果。Objective:To explore the clinical effect of Dachengqi Decoction retention enema combined with acupoint pointer therapy on non-invasive ventilation complicated with abdominal distension.Methods:A total of 90 patients with abdominal distension due to non-invasive assisted ventilation were selected and randomly divided into the control group and study group with 45 cases each.The control group adopted conventional treatment and nursing methods.On this basis,the study group adopted Dachengqi Decoction retention enema combined with acupoint pointer therapy.The abdominal circumference,intra-abdominal pressure,time of first exhaust and defecation,and gastrointestinal symptoms in the two groups before and after treatment were observed.Results:After treatment,the abdominal circumference and intra-abdominal pressure of the patients in the study group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05);the time of first exhaust and defecation in the study group after treatment were shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05);the gastrointestinal symptom score of the study group after treatment was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dachengqi Decoction retention enema combined with acupoint pointer therapy can effectively relieve the degree of abdominal distension in patients with non-invasive ventilation,reduce the symptoms of abdominal discomfort in patients,improve their gastrointestinal function,and improve the therapeutic effect.
