摘 要:基于智能船舶“1个平台+N个应用”框架,以保障舵机的持续运行状态、减少故障的发生和提高维护保养效率为目的,开展舵机智能运维技术研究。构建基于船岸协同的船舶舵机智能运维系统架构并提出技术解决方案。开发的该舵机智能运维系统已在某7500载重吨的内河散货船上示范应用,对保障舵机平稳运行、降低运维成本和提高运维管理水平具有现实意义。Based on the framework of"One Platform+N Applications"for intelligent ship,in order to ensure the continuous operation status of steering gear,reduce the occurrence of faults,and improve the maintenance efficiency,research on intelligent operation and maintenance technology of steering gear is carried out.On the basis of ship-shore cooperation,the architecture of intelligent management system for ship steering gear maintenance is constructed,and the technical solution is proposed.The intelligent management system for ship steering gear maintenance has been demonstrated in a 7500 DWT inland bulk carrier.This system has practical significance to ensure the smooth operation of the steering gear,reduce the operation and maintenance cost,meanwhile,improve the operation and maintenance management level.
