摘 要:惯性圆锥破碎机的物料作用及其惯性力等交变载荷会引起机壳、主轴等构件的耦合振动,影响破碎机性能与寿命。应用反相双激原理,设计了一种具有完全动平衡并能提供更大破碎力的新型惯性圆锥破碎机;基于多体动力学与离散元耦合模型,提出了反相双激振器破碎机动力学仿真及试验验证的系统分析方法。通过仿真分析与样机试验,验证了耦合模型的有效性及该新型破碎机具有更好减振和破碎力增益效果。研究了定锥质量和动锥等激振机构质量对整机振动和破碎力的影响,其结果表明:该反相动平衡惯性圆锥破碎机能使定锥减重59%且动锥等激振机构减重24%。The rock action and inertia force of an inertia cone crusher can cause coupled vibrations of shell,spindle and other components and affect the performance and service life of the crusher.A new type of inertia cone crusher with complete dynamic balance and greater crushing force was designed based on the inverse double excitation principle.According to a coupled model based on multi-body dynamics and discrete element method,a system analysis method for the dynamic balance crusher dynamics simulation and tested verification was proposed.The comparison between the simulation analysis and prototype test shows that the coupling model is effective and the new crusher has better vibration reduction and crushing force gain effects.The influence of the masses of the fixed cone and moving cone on the vibration and crushing force was studied.The results show that the inverse dynamic balance inertia cone crusher can reduce the weight of the fixed cone by 59%and that of the vibration mechanism including the dynamic cone by 24%.
