摘  要:自动汽油辛烷值测定机在传统手动汽油辛烷值测定机的基础上,可实现智能化、自动化操作。其主要体现在最大爆震液面寻找、油杯通道切换、试验压缩比调整、试验方法切换以及试验进程控制等控制方面的自动化操作。通过对不同速度下液面与爆震强度的研究,解析出爆震系统滞后时间,进而对峰值液面进行补偿。结合提出的峰值谷值双检测方法,快速、准确地捕获最大爆震液面,为辛烷值评定的准确度提供保障。通过与手动仪器试验数据对比,验证自动仪器重复性再现性均满足标准要求。所设计的远程监控系统进一步提升了自动汽油辛烷值测定自动化程度,方便用户远程操控仪器。自动汽油辛烷值的设计在很大程度上降低了操作员的劳动强度,提高了操作员的工作效率,同时减轻了样品评定过程中产生的有害气体对操作员的身心危害。Automatic gasoline octane number measuring machine in the traditional manual gasoline octane number measuring machine based on intelligent,automatic operation.It mainly reflected in the maximum detonation liquid level search,oil cup channel switch,test compression ratio adjustment,test method switches and test process control to achieve automatic operation.Through the study of liquid level and knock intensity at different speeds,the lag time of knock system is analyzed,and then the peak liquid level is compensated.Combined with the proposed peak-valley double detection method,the maximum knock liquid level can be captured quickly and accurately,which can guarantee the accuracy of octane number evaluation.Compared with the manual instrument test data,the repeatability and reproducibility of the automatic instrument are verified to meet the standard requirements.The remote monitoring system is designed to further improve the automation of automatic gasoline octane number measurement,which is convenient for users to remotely control the instrument.The design of automatic gasoline octane number greatly reduces the labor intensity of the operator,improves the efficiency of the operator,and at the same time reduces the harmful gas produced in the sample evaluation process to the operator’s physical and mental harm.
