基于MDT的医疗临床服务绩效考核综合评价系统

摘　　要：为提升医疗临床服务绩效考核效率与评价精度,设计基于MDT的医疗临床服务绩效考核综合评价系统。用户在客户层Web浏览器登录系统,下达医疗临床服务绩效评价的服务请求,应用层启动对应扩展应用程序与数据层相连,使用SQL语言向数据库服务器发出申请获取相关数据,基于最大熵马尔柯夫模型完成MDT模式下医疗临床服务绩效考核综合评价,评价结果传输至应用层反馈给用户。经测试,所设计系统的评价结果均方误差、平均绝对误差最大值均小于0.03,不同并发用户量下,系统的评估耗时与反馈时延极小。A comprehensive evaluation system based on MDT is designed to improve the efficiency and accuracy of medical clinical service performance appraisal.The user logs in the Web browser in the client layer to issue the service request of the medical clinical service performance evaluation.Then,the application layer starts the corresponding extended application program to connect with the data layer,and uses the SQL language to issue the application to the database server to obtain the related data.After testing,the mean square error and the maximum mean absolute error of the system are all less than 0.03,and the time of evaluation and feedback of system is minimum under different cocurrent users.
