摘　　要：自知力是个体对自身及周围世界的意识和理解。对成瘾者自知力的研究为理解成瘾行为的内在机制及其治疗提供了一种新的视角。药物成瘾者和行为成瘾者均存在临床自知力和认知自知力的缺陷,并且自知力不良还会影响患者的求治意愿和治疗效果。而前扣带回、岛叶等脑区的结构和功能损伤则可能是成瘾者自知力缺陷的神经基础。未来研究应进一步探索成瘾者自知力缺陷的生理心理机制,为成瘾治疗提供新的靶点。Insight refers to a person's awareness and understanding of himself and the world around him.The research on addicts'insight provides a new perspective for understanding the mechanism of addictive behavior and its treatment.Both drug addicts and behavior addicts are deficient in clinical insight and cognitive insight.Poor insight will affect patients'desire for treatment-seeking and treatment effect.The structural and functional damage of brain regions such as anterior cingulated cortex and insula may be the neural basis of the insight deficit of addicts.Future research should further explore the physiological and psychological mechanism of the insight deficiency of addicts,which will provide a new target for the treatment of addiction.
