苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者艾滋病毒抗体阳性患者心电图分析

摘　　要：目的探讨苯丙胺类兴奋剂(amphetamine-type stimulants,ATS)滥用者HIV抗体阳性患者心电图特点。方法对强制隔离戒毒所HIV抗体阳性ATS滥用者46例(HIV/ATS组)、HIV抗体阴性ATS滥用者50例(ATS组)、HIV抗体阳性的无症状感染者50例(HIV组)、社会体检人员50例(对照组)进行心电图分析。结果HIV/ATS组异常心电图35例,异常率为76.1%,ATS组异常心电图31例,异常率为62.0%,HIV组异常9例,异常率为18.0%,对照组异常心电图7例,异常率为14.0%。HIV/ATS组和ATS组的心电图异常率均显著高于HIV组和对照组(P<0.001),HIV/ATS组和ATS组两组心电图异常率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HIV组和对照组两组心电图异常率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。HIV/ATS组和ATS组两组间不同滥用时间段的心电图异常率无显著差异(P>0.05)。结论苯丙胺类兴奋剂滥用者HIV抗体阳性患者的心电图异常率高,随着ATS滥用时间增加,滥用者心脏的损害越来越严重。因此要加强心电监测,以预防强制隔离戒毒场所内戒毒人员心脏性猝死的发生。Objective To investigate the electrocardiogram(ECG)characteristics of HIV antibody-positive amphetamine-type stimulants(ATS)abusers.Methods ECG of 46 ATS abusers with positive HIV antibody-positive(HIV/ATS group),50 ATS abusers with HIV antibody negative(ATS group),50 asymptomatic HIV positive infection patients(HIV group)and 50 social health examination personnel(control group)were analyzed by ECG.Results There were 35 cases of abnormal ECG in HIV/ATS group,the abnormal rate was 76.1%,31 cases in ATS group,the abnormal rate was 62.0%,9 cases in HIV group,the abnormal rate was 18.0%,7 cases in control group,the abnormal rate was 14.0%.The abnormal rate of ECG in HIV/ATS group and ATS group was significantly higher than that in HIV group and control group(P<0.001),but there was no significant difference between the two groups(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in abnormal rate of ECG between HIV group and control group(P>0.05).There was no significant difference in the abnormal rate of ECG between HIV/ATS group and ATS group at different time points(P>0.05).Conclusion The abnormal rate of ECG in HIV positive patients of amphetamine type stimulants abusers is high.With the increase of ATS abused time,the heart damage of abusers is more serious.Therefore,it is necessary to strengthen ECG monitoring to prevent the occurrence of sudden cardiac death in compulsory isolation drug rehabilitation places.
