摘  要:目的 探讨mTOR单核苷酸基因多态性(rs12137958、rs7525957、rs718206、rs1057079)与酒依赖相关攻击表型的关联。方法 在8家精神专科医院招募291名酒依赖患者,同时期收集212名健康被试,采用Buss-Perry攻击问卷评估攻击行为,采用TaqMan探针和连接酶检测反应进行基因分型。结果 酒依赖组的攻击量表评分显著高于对照组(P<0.001),rs1057079AA基因型个体的攻击量表总分显著高于AG基因型个体(P<0.05/4),且不受酒依赖疾病的影响。结论 男性酒依赖患者的攻击水平升高,且mTOR单核苷酸基因多态性影响男性酒依赖患者的攻击行为。Objective To investigate the association between single nucleotide polymorphisms(rs12137958, rs7525957, rs718206, rs1057079) of mTOR gene and alcohol dependence-related phenotype. Methods The total of 291 alcohol-dependent patients who met the criteria of DSM-Ⅳ were recruited in 8 psychiatric hospitals, and 212 healthy subjects were collected at the same time. Buss-Perry Aggression Questionnaire was used to assess aggression of the participants, and TaqMan probe and ligase detection reaction were used for genotyping. Results The score of aggressive behavior in alcohol dependent patients was significantly higher than that in control group(P<0.001). The aggressive total score of rs1057079 AA genotype individuals were higher than those of AG genotype individuals(P<0.05/4), which was not affected by alcohol dependence disease. Conclusion The level of aggression in male alcohol-dependent patients was higher, and mTOR single nucleotide polymorphisms affected the aggressive behavior in male alcohol-dependent patients.
