基于一例酒精成瘾激越治疗:成瘾治疗超说明书用药分析

摘　　要：酒精中毒或戒断容易引发激越,而激越的发生导致酒精成瘾患者兴奋冲动、攻击、自伤等行为。尽早识别、及时干预酒精成瘾的激越症状,对酒精成瘾患者个人、成瘾病房管理及社会稳定均具有重要意义。齐拉西酮注射液是我国首个第二代抗精神病药速效注射剂型,在治疗精神分裂症急性激越症状疗效肯定,但并没有酒精成瘾激越的适应症。本文通过对1例酒精成瘾急性激越症状采用齐拉西酮注射液治疗病例进行分析,并提出成瘾障碍治疗中超说明书使用的建议。Alcohol intoxication or withdrawal easily lead to agitation, and the occurrence of agitation is closely associated with alcohol addicts excited impulse, attack, self-injury and other behaviors. It is of great significance to identify and intervene the agitation symptoms of alcohol addiction as soon as possible for the patients with alcohol addiction, the management of addiction ward and the social stability. Ziprasidone injection, the first second generation antipsychotic injection in China, is effective in the treatment of acute agitation symptoms of schizophrenia, but there is no indication of alcohol addiction agitation. In this paper, a case of acute agitation of alcohol addiction treated with ziprasidone injection was analyzed, and personal suggestions for the use of over-instructions in the treatment of addiction disorder were suggested.
