摘  要:[目的/意义]在不确定环境下,减少图书运输及仓储成本,降低图书非制造性成本,使图书售价降到合理范围之内。[过程/方法]以图书库存为例,通过设计图书库存模型,在不允许缺货、库存容量有限这个条件下,给出了联合库存模型和使用租借仓库时的存储模型,将没有库存容量限定的联合库存模型与库存容量有限情况下的库存模型进行比较,从而确定最优订货方案。[结果/结论]联合库存模型的应用提高了库存管理的效率,降低了图书运输和存储的成本,实现整个供应链同步化运作。[Objective/Significance]The purpose of this paper is to reduce the transport and storage costs and the nonmanufacturing cost of books,and storage costs and the nonmanufacturing cost of books,and make the selling price of books lower to a reasonable range in the uncertain environment.[Process/Method]Taking the book inventory as an example,through designing the book inventory model,this paper comes up with a jointly managed inventory(JMI)model and a storage model using rented warehouses under the conditions of no shortage and limited capability,and compares the JMI model without inventory capacity constraint with the inventory model with limited capacity to determine the optimal ordering plan.[Results/Conclusion]The application of the JMI model improves the efficiency of inventory management,reduces the cost of book transportation and storage,and realizes the synchronous operation of the whole supply chain.
