摘　　要：目的采用眼动技术分析精神分裂症患者在进行人格测验过程中的认知加工特点。方法以人格测验量表经设计形成眼动实验平台材料,并根据测验题目的长短、复杂度进行分类。以精神分裂症患者为异常组,某校大学生为对照组。采用统计学方法对两组被试人格测验中行为学表现与眼动数据进行对比分析。结果异常组在整体注视时间、注视点个数上与对照组有显著差异。以题目长短为区分,异常组与对照组分别在单位注视点时间和单位眼跳幅度上产生交互作用。以题目复杂度为区分,异常组与对照组分别在单位注视点时间和回溯率上产生交互作用。同时,随着题目复杂度提升,两组均显示出更高的题干回溯率和更长的选项区驻留时间,但异常组相较对照组变化趋势更弱。结论精神分裂症患者相较正常群体,在进行人格测验过程中,表现出了对材料长短与复杂度相对较弱的认知调控敏感性,这与其认知功能障碍的核心症状相吻合。眼动技术可以提供经典测量方法无法提供的检测过程指标,为人格测验提供了认知神经的客观评估手段,也为多质融合理论提供了实验证据。Objective To analyze the cognitive processing characteristics of schizophrenia patients during the personality test using eye-tracking technology.Methods The eye movement experiment platform was established based on personality test scales,and these materials were classified according to the length and complexity of the measurement items.Patients with schizophrenia were regarded as an abnormal group and college students as a control group.Statistical methods were used to compare and analyze the behavioral performance and eye movement data of the two groups in the personality test.Results The abnormal group was significantly different from the control group in terms of overall fixation time and the number of fixation points.Based on the length of the topic,the abnormal group and the control group had an interaction effect on the average fixation time and the average saccade distance,respectively.Based on the complexity of the topic,the abnormal group and the control group had an interaction effect on the average fixation time and regression rate,respectively.At the same time,as the complexity of the questions increased,both groups showed higher question stem regression rate and longer dwelling time in the option area,but the abnormal group showed a weaker trend than the control group.Conclusion Compared with the normal population,schizophrenic patients show relatively weaker cognitive control sensitivity to the length and complexity of the materials during the personality test,which is consistent with the core symptoms of cognitive dysfunction.Eye tracking technology can provide detection process indicators that cannot be provided by classic measurement methods,objective evaluation tools for personality test,and experimental basis for the theory of multimodal fusion technology.
