摘　　要：基质金属蛋白酶7(MMP7)是基质金属蛋白酶家族成员,因缺失C-端结构域而在家族中与众不同,对细胞外基质成分具有广谱降解作用,因参与促进癌细胞迁移侵袭、肿瘤血管生成等过程而备受关注。在前列腺癌(PCa)细胞和癌组织中MMP7均高表达,且其表达随着格里森分级升高而增强,提示MMP7参与了PCa发生发展过程。本文就MMP7在PCa中的研究进行综述,为全面了解MMP7在肿瘤中的作用机制及后续研究提供参考。Matrix metalloproteinase 7(MMP7)is a unique member of the matrix metalloproteinase family for missing of the C-terminal domain.It has attracted much more attention because of its broad-spectrum degradation of extracellular matrix components and its participation in migration and invasion of cancer cells and tumor angiogenesis.Studies suggested that the expression of MMP7 elevated both in prostate cancer(PCa)cells and cancer tissues,and its expression increased with the increase of Gleason score,indicating its involvement in PCa development.Here we reviewed the role of MMP7 in PCa,which would provide reference for comprehensive understanding of the role of MMP7 in tumors and subsequent related researches.
