少阳病只是胆经病吗?

摘　　要：少阳为《易经》“四象”之一,为两仪之阴生一阳爻而成,是阴阳转换之交界。医易同理。《黄帝内经》继承和发扬了中华文化,将阴阳学说进一步升华,用于认识人体生理、病理。《伤寒杂病论》结合人体脏腑、经络、气血等理论首创六经辨证体系,少阳病为六经病之一。阴阳具有无限可分和相对性,“象”不同,少阳含义有别。少阳病并非只是胆经病。本文拟从自然和人体之“象”阐述少阳病及在发热患者中的病机特点。Shaoyang is one of the four images in Yijing(Book of Changes).Shaoyang is a combination of yin and yang of the two polarities,and also the transition between yin and yang.Traditional Chinese medicine and the Book of Changes share the same principle.Huangdi Neijing(Yellow Emperor s Canon of Internal Medicine)inherits and develops Chinese culture,and further promotes the theory of yin and yang to understand human physiology and pathology.Based on the theories of human viscera,meridians,qi and blood,etc,Treatise on Febrile and Miscellaneous Diseases established the syndrome differentiation system of six meridians for the first time.Shaoyang disease is one of the diseases of the six meridians.Yin and yang are infinitely separable and relative.The meaning of shaoyang is different when the“image”is different.Shaoyang disease is not just gallbladder channel disease.This paper is intended to expound shaoyang disease and its pathogenesis in febrile patients based on the“image”of nature and human body.
