摘　　要：国家文化公园建设,不仅是深入贯彻落实习近平总书记关于发掘好、利用好丰富文物和文化资源,让文物说话、让历史说话、让文化说话,推动中华优秀传统文化创造性转化创新性发展、传承革命文化、发展社会主义先进文化等一系列重要指示精神的重要举措,也是对全球现存国家公园体系和文化遗产保护制度的一次创新实践。In 2019, China issued the Construction Plan for the Great Wall, the Grand Canal and the Long March National Cultural Park, which attracted wide attention. At present, the construction of the national cultural park has completed the macro conception in concept and the overall layout in space, and has begun to move into the actual construction stage of each region. However, in this process, a series of practical problems began to emerge and posed challenges to the construction of national cultural parks. Professor Qi Shuyu pointed out that the prominent problems in the process of promoting the construction of national cultural parks are manifested in three aspects: the uncertainty of spatial boundaries, the uncertainty of cultural markers, and the uncertainty of construction funds and responsibility subject. It is necessary to coordinate space boundaries and technical specifications, cultural relics and cultural resources, funding sources and management mechanisms. Professor Zou Tongqian believes that in the construction of national cultural parks, the combination of integrated protection and integrated development should be realized. Professor Fu Caiwu pointed out that a special incentive mechanism for the interaction between the central and local governments may become an important link to realize the effective division of labor and coordination between the central and local governments and the biggest driving force for the endogenous development of national cultural parks. Professor Wu Chengzhong pointed out that the construction of national cultural parks is characterized by unbalanced development, and it is necessary to adopt differentiated development paths and Strategies. Yang Chuanzhang believes that the construction of national cultural parks should pay attention to the basic role and modern value of traditional rural culture in building community awareness.
