抗战时期“第三厅”内的中共党员及其工作表现——以1939年年度考绩为例

摘　　要：1938年4月至1940年秋郭沫若任厅长期间,中共党员在国民政府军事委员会政治部第三厅工作人员中居于少数地位,但占据着重要岗位,并发挥着核心作用。在武汉时期,“第三厅”内的中共党员有31名,“第三厅”迁移到重庆并改组后,中共党员只剩10余名。1939年年度考绩是郭沫若任厅长时唯一的一次年度考绩,全厅有99名工作人员参加,其中中共党员15名。郭沫若、阳翰笙、冯乃超等人作为考核官及复考官,给每一名参加考绩的工作人员都写下简短但公允的评语。中共党员在1939年年度考绩中的评语评分及获得的绩等,反映出他们在抗战时期具有高度的爱国热情并保持着积极的工作状态。From April 1938 to the autumn of 1940,when Guo Moruo served as the director of the Department,the minority CPC members in the Third Department of the Political Ministry of the Military Commission of the National Government occupied important positions and played a core role.During the Wuhan period,there were 31 CPC members in the Third Department,but only about 10 CPC members were still there after the Third Department was relocated to Chongqing and reorganized.The annual appraisal of performance in 1939 was the only one when Guo Moruo was the director of the Department,in which 99 staffs participate,including 15 CPC members.As assessment officers and reexamining officers,Guo Moruo,Yang Hansheng,Feng Naichao and some other officers wrote short but fair comments for each staff who participated in the performance appraisal.The comments,scores and achievements got by CPC members in the 1939 annual performance appraisal reflected their high patriotic enthusiasm and active working state during the War of Resistance against Japan.
