摘 要:汽车空气动力学性能是车辆重要的性能之一,其阻力系数直接影响汽车的动力性能和燃油经济性。通过CFD仿真与实车风洞试验研究了SUV车型轮眉凸出结构对风阻系数的影响,研究表明CFD仿真对阻力系数变化量的预测准确度可以满足工程开发需求。通过车辆表面压力系数分布及车身侧面流场信息,分析了轮眉凸出结构对阻力系数影响的原因,以期为相关车型轮眉结构设计提供参考依据。The automotive aerodynamic performance is one of important performances of vehicles.The aerodynamic drag coefficient directly affects the dynamics performance and fuel economy of vehicles.In this paper,through CFD simulation and real vehicle wind tunnel test,the influence of wheel arch convex structure of SUV on aerodynamic drag coefficient is studied.The research shows that the prediction accuracy of CFD simulation on the variation of resistance coefficient can satisfy the engineering development.Based on the pressure coefficient distribution on the surface of the vehicle and the flow field information on the side of the vehicle body,the reasons for the influence of wheel arch convex structure on aerodynamic drag coefficient are analyzed,in order to provide reference for the structural design of the wheel arch of relevant vehicles.
