摘 要:由于隧道施工扰动下岩土地层变形导致既有车站结构初始状态发生改变,当超过既有结构稳定性要求时,车站结构易发生变形破坏。因此,为了更好地预测隧道下穿期间引起既有车站的结构变形,依托某地铁隧道下穿既有车站工程,基于ABAQUS数值计算软件,建立地铁TBM隧道近距离下穿既有车站的三维力学计算模型;重点考虑了TBM施工中的注浆工艺参数。通过分析地表沉降与既有车站结构顶板、中板、底板以及管片的变形曲线,研究了地铁TBM隧道近距离下穿既有车站变形规律并将现场监测数据进行拟合。研究结果表明:左线隧道施工造成的地表沉降大于右线隧道,平行隧道间距越近,地表沉降现象更加明显;由于近距离下穿既有车站,使车站底板变形趋势显著于其他结构。Under the disturbance of the tunnel construction,the initial state of the existing station structure is changed by deformation of the rock and soil.When the change exceeds the stability requirements of the existing structure,the station structure is prone to deformation and failure.Therefore,in order to better predict the structural deformation,based on a tunnelling project,3D mechanical calculation model of subway TBM tunnel through an adjacent existing station is established by ABAQUS numerical calculation software.The grouting process parameters by TBM construction are focused on.By analyzing the surface subsidence and the deformation curves of the roof,middle,bottom and segments of the existing station structure,the deformation law is studied and the on-site monitoring data is fitted.The research results show that the surface settlement caused by the construction of the left-line tunnel is larger than that of the right one.The closer the distance between parallel tunnels,the more obvious the surface subsidence;The deformation trend of the station floor is more obvious than other structures because of through the adjacent existing subway station.
