摘  要:将实验室筛选的油脂降解菌YZ-042发酵液与生物表面活性剂产生菌BM-029发酵液按最佳复配比例2∶1制备油污降解菌剂YW-I,研究了YW-I菌剂的保存条件,考察了YW-I菌剂对发酵液中油污的降解效果及对油污土壤的修复效果。结果表明,YW-I菌剂在4℃下保存30 d后的有效活菌数的数量级仍保持在初始数量级1011,在25℃下保存30 d后的有效活菌数的数量级为1010,较初始有效活菌数降低1个数量级,在4℃和25℃下保存90 d后的有效活菌数的数量级分别为1010和109,YW-I菌剂可以在常温下保存。YW-I菌剂对发酵液中的油污去除率为33.24%,对油污土壤进行修复实验,30 d后油污去除率达到50.8%,油污降解效果明显。We prepared the oil-degrading microbial agent YW-I through mixing the fermentation broth of lipid-degrading bacterium YZ-042 screened in the laboratory and the fermentation broth of biosurfactant-producing bacterium BM-029 with the optimal composite ratio of 2∶1.Moreover,we studied the preservation conditions of the microbial agent YW-I,and investigated the degradation efficiency of the microbial agent YW-I to the oil in the fermentation broth and the remediation effect of the microbial agent YW-I on the oil contaminated soil.The results show that the order of living bacteria count of the microbial agent YW-I remains at the initial order of 1011 after 30 days preservation at 4℃,while the order of living bacteria count of the microbial agent YW-I is 1010 after 30 days preservation at 25℃,which is 1 order of magnitude lower than the initial living bacteria count.The orders of living bacteria count of the microbial agent YW-I are 1010 and 109 after 90 days preservation at 4℃and 25℃,respectively.The microbial agent YW-I can be preservated at room temperature.The removal rate of oil in the fermentation broth by the microbial agent YW-I is 33.24%.Meanwhile,after the remediation of the oil contaminated soil,the removal rate of oil can reach 50.8%30 days later.
