摘　　要：诊改与改进工作是高职院校提升办学水平,形成完备的人才培养机制的主要任务。一所院校内部质量保证体系工作包括多个层面,而课程的诊改工作是其中的关键。课程诊改按照8字螺旋质量循环开展,通过周期诊改和常态纠偏相结合,全面提升课程教学质量和水平,为人才培训奠定良好基础。The work of diagnosis,reform and improvement is the main task of higher vocational colleges to improve the level of running schools and form a complete talent training mechanism.The internal quality assurance system of an institution includes multiple levels,and the diagnosis and reform of courses is the key.The course diagnosis and reform is carried out in accordance with the 8-character spiral quality cycle.Through the combination of periodic diagnosis and reform and normal deviation correction,the quality and level of course teaching will be comprehensively improved,and a good foundation will be laid for talent training.
