摘　　要：近几年来,因乘客与司机争执事件引起的事故时有出现,导致司机乘客伤亡惨重现象,引发了我们的深思。经过研究和讨论,联系多起车祸事件,了解其根源,发现其部分的发生与本项目的研究内容有着密不可分的关系。本项目从公交司机与乘客的气质类型出发,深入扩展,了解他们的习性与特点,通过理论与实际的相互配合和统计对比,综合分析探究其与行车安全的关系,为社会减少因公交车事故引发的隐患,进一步加固社会稳定以及为公交车司机的人员筛选、素质培养提供参考性建议和实用价值。In recent years,accidents caused by disputes between passengers and drivers have occurred frequently,resulting in heavy casualties of drivers and passengers,which has aroused our deep thinking.After research and discussion,many car accident incidents were linked to understand the root cause,and it was found that the occurrence of some of them was inseparably related to the research content of this project.This project starts from the temperament types of bus drivers and passengers,and expands deeply to understand their habits and characteristics.Through the mutual cooperation and statistical comparison between theory and practice,comprehensive analysis and exploration of their relationship with driving safety will reduce the number of bus accidents for the society,and the hidden dangers caused by car accidents,so as to further strengthen social stability and provide reference suggestions and practical value for the selection and quality training of bus drivers.
