湖北利川及邻区产黄连的质量评价

摘　　要：本文以主要药效物质生物碱类成分的含量为依据,对产于湖北利川市与邻近的重庆石柱县产黄连的品质进行初步的质量评价,采用高效液相色谱法对8份来源于不同产地(湖北利川、重庆石柱)的黄连样品中小檗碱、巴马汀、表小檗碱、黄连碱4种生物碱类成分进行含量测定,综合评价其品质。结果显示,产于湖北利川市的5份黄连样品中小檗碱的平均含量为8.83%,巴马汀、表小檗碱和黄连碱3种生物碱的平均总含量为6.93%;产于重庆石柱的3份黄连样品中小檗碱的平均含量为8.25%,巴马汀、表小檗碱和黄连碱3种生物碱的平均总含量为6.31%。2个地区黄连样品中有关成分的含量均远高于中国药典规定的最低含量限度,且利川黄连含量更高,可见湖北利川黄连与重庆石柱黄连均为上等品,初步认为利川黄连的品质更为优异。Based on the content of alkaloids in the main pharmacodynamic substances.The quality of Coptidis Rhizoma produced in Lichuan City of Hubei Province and and its adjacent area-Shizhu of Chongqing city were evaluated and analyzed.The contents of berberine,palmatine,epiberberine and coptidine in 8 samples of Coptidis Rhizoma from different areas(Lichuan,Hubei and Shizhu,Chongqing)were determined by HPLC for further comprehensive evaluation.The results show that,the average content of berberine in six Coptidis Rhizoma samples from Lichuan,Hubei Province was 8.83%,the average total content of palmatine and other three alkaloids was 6.93%;The average content of berberine was 8.25%in three Coptidis Rhizoma chinensis samples from Shizhu,Chongqing,The average total content of palmatine and other three alkaloids was 6.31%.The contents of the related components in Rhizoma Coptidis from the two regions were far higher than the minimum content limit stipulated in the Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the content of Rhizoma Coptidis from Lichuan was higher.The quality of Hubei Lichuan Coptis chinensis and Chongqing Shizhu Coptis chinensis is good,and the quality of Lichuan Coptidis Rhizoma is better.
