参加预防接种课堂的家长预防接种知识调查分析

摘　　要：目的:了解社区预防接种课堂的家长对预防接种认知情况,探索预防接种健康教育新模式。方法:统一制定调查问卷,在开设预防接种家长课堂培训后对参加培训的新生儿家长进行调查。结果:回收有效问卷426份,86.09%的家长正确回答了疫苗相关接种知识;90.14%的家长正确回答可不良反应处置为。85.44%的家长认为成年人也需要注射疫苗。愿意接种乙肝疫苗、麻疹疫苗、水痘疫苗、肺炎疫苗的家长比例分别为70.66%、44.60%、42.02%、48.59%,23.00%的家长不愿意接种任何一种疫苗,1.88%的家长不信任国产疫苗和进口疫苗的安全性。信息获取途径方面,52.34%的家长选择宣传折页,58.45%的家长选择新媒体(如微博、微信),69.25%的家长选择听医院人员讲课了解预防接种知识。34.74%的家长认为家长课堂解答大部分预防接种的疑问,63.15%的家长认为完全解答预防接种疑问。99.77%的家长对健康教育培训班课堂内容满意。结论:参加预防接种课堂的家长对预防接种相关知识有较好的知晓率和满意度,但对麻疹、水痘和肺炎疫苗的接种意愿率偏低,提示需进一步提高成年人疫苗接种的认知。Objective:To understand the parents’awareness of vaccination in the community vaccination class,and to explore the new mode of the vaccination health education.Methods:A questionnaire was formulated uniformly,and a survey was conducted on the parents of newborn babies who participated in the training after the vaccination parent classroom training was set up.Results:Four hundred and twenty-six valid questionnaires were collected,and 86.09%of the parents answered correctly about vaccination knowledge;90.14%of the parents answered correctly that the adverse reaction could be handled as.85.44%of parents believed that adults also needed to be vaccinated.The proportions of parents willing to be vaccinated against hepatitis B,measles,varicella and pneumonia were 70.66%,44.60%,42.02%and 48.59%,respectively,and 23.00%of the respondents were not willing to take any one of the vaccines;1.88%of parents did not trust the safety of domestic and imported vaccines;in terms of access to information,52.34%of parents chose publicity folding,58.45%of parents chose new media(such as Weibo,WeChat),69.25%of parents chose to listen to the lectures of the hospital personnel to understand the knowledge of vaccination.34.74%of the parents thought that the parent class answered most of the vaccination questions,and 63.15%of parents thought that the questions about vaccination were completely answered.99.77%of parents were satisfied with the classroom content of health education training class.Conclusion:The parents participating in vaccination classes have a good awareness rate and satisfaction with vaccination related knowledge,however,the willingness rate of vaccination against measles,chickenpox and pneumonia is low,which is suggested that the cognition of adult vaccination needs to be further improved.
