摘　　要：本文通过研究影像诊断医疗装备领域发展现状、企业员工现状、招聘需求等内容,基于灰色预测模型,预测2022~2025年人才需求。再结合高校“生物医学工程”、“医学技术”招生情况分析人才供需情况。This paper predicts the talent demand from 2022 to 2025 based on the grey prediction model by studying the development status of the field of imaging diagnostic medical equipment,the status quo of enterprise employees,and the recruitment needs.Combined with the enrollment situation of"biomedical engineering"and"medical technology"in colleges and universities,the supply and demand of talents will be analyzed.
