摘  要:在PC轧机轧制过程中,常遇到带钢跑偏、交叉头动作不到位、板形不良等问题,影响了轧制稳定性。介绍了PC轧机工作原理、交叉辊设备功能,并对影响PC轧机轧制稳定性的主要影响因素进行了分析。结果表明:轧制力差过大、交叉头卡壳、无间隙油缸压力不当是造成上述问题的直接原因。为此,提出了交叉头间隙补偿、轧制力差监控、交叉角同步控制、交叉头安全保护、无间隙油缸压力模式切换等控制策略。控制优化后,交叉辊月故障时间由1200 min减少至60 min,带钢凸度±20μm命中率由80%~90%提高至96%,交叉角覆盖范围、轧制力差等指标得到明显改善。In the production of PC mill, some problems such as strip deviation, cross head inaccurate positioning and bad strip shape often appear, which affect the rolling stability.The working principle of PC mill and the function of cross roll were introduced, and the main influencing factors affecting the rolling stability of PC mill were analyzed. The results show that the direct causes of the above problems are excessive rolling force difference, cross head jamming and improper pressure of gapless hydraulic cylinder. On this basis, the control strategies of cross head clearance compensation, rolling force difference monitoring, cross angle synchronous control, cross head safety protection, gapless hydraulic cylinder pressure mode switching were proposed. After control optimization, the monthly failure time of cross roll is reduced from 1200 min to 60 min, and the hitting accuracy of strip crown within ± 20 μm increased from 80%-90% to 96%, and the indexes such as cross angle coverage and rolling force difference were significantly improved.
