摘　　要：运动生理学是体育学专业核心课程,对其思政元素的总结、提炼可完善专业人才培养的课程内容和育人体系。以教育部《高等学校课程思政建设指导纲要》为指引,综合政策文献等资料,剖析体育类院校开展课程思政面临的问题,对开展《运动生理学》课程思政的意义、设计、实践进行阐述,立足落实立德树人的根本任务,将课程思政的核心要义和运动生理学专业特点进行整体部署,推进课程思政向纵深发展。研究认为:《运动生理学》课程思政意义在以多样、系统、专业的教学解决“为谁培养体育人,培养什么样的体育人,怎样培养体育人”的核心问题;从统一教学理念、坚持教学原则、教学内容思政化、多元教学评价等方面完成《运动生理学》课程思政的设计;通过专业理论课、实验教学课、线上精品课、实习实践课等形式讲好思政故事,传承思政精神,旨在为体育院校开展《运动生理学》课程思政教学提供借鉴。Exercise physiology is a core course of physical education. The summary and refinement of its ideological and political elements can improve the course content and education system for professional personnel training.This paper is guided by the Ministry of Education’s“Guiding Outline for Ideological and Political Education in the Curriculum of Universities”,comprehensive policy documents and other materials and analyzes the problems faced by sport universities in integrating ideological and political education into courses,explaining the significance,design,and practice of integrating ideological and political education into the exercise physiology curriculum based on the implementation of the fundamental task of strengthening moral education to cultivate people. The core essentials of ideological and political education in the curriculum and the characteristics of exercise physiology are deployed as a whole to promote the in-depth development of ideological and political education. The research holds that the significance of integrating ideological and political education into“Exercise Physiology”is to solve the core issues of who to train sports talents for,what kind of sports talents to train,and how to train sports talents for sports colleges and universities with diverse,systematic and professional teaching. The overall framework is developed around the core from the aspects of unified teaching concepts,adherence to teaching principles,ideological and political teaching content,and multiple teaching evaluations. The implementation method is to tell ideological and political stories and inherit the ideological and political spirit through professional theory courses,experimental teaching courses,quality online courses,and internship practice. It aims to provide reference for the ideological and political teaching of“Exercise Physiology”in sport universities.
