做人生冠军:跆拳道课程思政元素的挖掘与渗透

摘　　要：体育类课程是课程思政的重要阵地,形成了兼顾育体、育心、育人的独特思政方式。跆拳道浸染于中华优秀传统文化,呈现了古今中外体育文化的双重交融与创新,形成了独特的思政资源与育人形式。知识螺旋理论主张,知识创造会经历共同化、表出化、联结化与内在化4个阶段。该理论强调显隐结合、内外协同,课程思政也同样经历以上过程,从而实现知行并重的深层次价值塑造。立足于北京体育大学自主培养出我国第一个跆拳道世界冠军、奥运冠军的冠军传统,深入挖掘跆拳道课程的思政元素与方法,提出了以人生冠军为目标、涵盖思政元素挖掘、渗透与螺旋三重结构的跆拳道思政模式,其中,螺旋是推动前两者的深层运行逻辑。跆拳道课程的思政元素从社会主义价值体系、中华体育精神、跆拳道精神等方面凝练而来,具体包括做人做事、社会适应、家国情怀3个维度。跆拳道思政元素的全面渗透主要分为主体、环境与过程三大路径:形成了“教师为本”“学生为主”的双主体持续互动关系,构建了贯通教学环境、校园环境与社会环境的育人生态圈,打造了目标明确、内容融通、方法多元、以评促建的思政链路。跆拳道思政模式不仅实现了自身立德树人根本任务,也为高校体育类课程的思政建设提供了有价值的参考范例。Physical education courses are in an important position for ideological and political education,and have formed a unique ideological and political approach that takes into account the body,mind and whole person education. The knowledge spiral theory holds that knowledge creation will go through four stages of socialization,externalization,combination,and internalization,and emphasizes the combination of the explicit and implicit,as well as internal and external coordination. Integrating ideological and political education into the curriculum also goes through the above process to achieve a deep level of value shaping with equal emphasis on knowledge and action.Taekwondo is rooted in fine traditional Chinese culture,presents the double integration and innovation of both ancient and modern Chinese and foreign sporting cultures,and forms a unique ideological and political resource platform. Based on the tradition that Beijing Sport University independently cultivated China’s first Taekwondo world champion and Olympic champion,the ideological and political elements and methods embedded in the Taekwondo course are deeply explored,and an ideological and political model covering the triple structure of ideological and political elements tapping,penetration and spiral is proposed;in this model,the spiral is the deep operation logic that promotes the former two. The ideological and political elements are condensed from the aspects of socialist value system,Chinese sportsmanship,and the Taekwondo spirit,including three dimensions of character,social adaptation,and patriotism. The comprehensive penetration of ideological and political elements of Taekwondo is mainly divided into three dimensions:subject,environment,and process. It has formed a continuous interactive relationship between the teachers and students,constructed an education ecosystem that connects the teaching environment,campus environment and social environment,and created an ideological and political link with clear goals,integrated content,multiple method
