模块化护理对康复期精神分裂症患者认知能力和社交能力的作用

摘　　要：目的探究模块化护理对康复期精神分裂症患者认知能力和社交能力的作用。方法选择惠州市第二人民医院2019年3月至2020年3月收治的60例康复期精神分裂症患者作为研究对象, 采用随机数字表法分成对照组和模块化护理组, 每组30例。对照组采用常规护理干预。模块化护理组采用模块化护理干预, 比较两组干预效果。结果干预前, 两组患者阳性与阴性症状评分、社会功能缺陷评分、正症状自评量表(RI)评分、认知功能评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05), 干预后, 模块化护理组患者阳性与阴性症状评分、社会功能缺陷评分低于对照组, 模块化护理组患者RI正症状评分、认知功能评分及护理总有效率高于对照组, 差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对康复期精神分裂症患者采用模块化护理干预, 不仅能有效改善患者精神症状和认知能力, 还能提高其社会能力, 从而能促进其更好地回归社会生活。Objective To explore the effect of modular nursing on cognitive ability and social ability of patients with schizophrenia in convalescence.Methods A total of 60 convalescent schizophrenics admitted to Huizhou Second Peopled Hospital from March 2019 to March 2020 were selected as the research objects.They were divided into control group and modular nursing group by random number table method,30 cases in each group.Routine nursing intervention was used in the control group,while modular nursing inte^ention was used in the modular nursing group.The effect of intervention was compared between the two groups.Results Before intervention,there were no statistically significant differences in positive and negative symptom scores,social disability scores,positive symptom Self-rating Scale(RI)scores and cognitive function scores between the two groups(P>0.05).After intervention,the positive and negative symptom scores and social function deficit scores of the modular nursing group were significantly lower than those of the control group,and the RI positive symptom score,cognitive function score and total nursing response rate in the modular nursing group were higher than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions Modular nursing intervention for convalescent schizophrenia patients can not only effectively improve their mental symptoms and cognitive ability,but also improve their social ability,so as to promote their better return to social life.
