Super-Bond C&B与RTD石英纤维牙周夹板在重度牙周炎松牙固定修复治疗的效果分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨分析Super-Bond C&B与RTD石英纤维牙周夹板在重度牙周炎松动牙齿固定后修复治疗的效果。方法:选取2019年1月~2021年1月于我院口腔科就诊的40例因重度牙周炎导致牙齿松动患者,随机分为Super-Bond组(20例,41颗患牙)和RTD石英纤维组(20例,40颗患牙)。两组患者均行牙周基础治疗1个月后,Super-Bond组采用Super-Bond C&B粘接系统固定,RTD石英纤维组采用法国RTD石英纤维固定。比较两组松牙固定6个月后修复效果、牙周相关指数、牙槽骨吸收情况、牙周袋底相关菌群和牙周夹板主观满意度。结果:固定6个月后,Super-Bond组优良率(95.12%)与RTD石英纤维组(82.50%)差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组牙周指数各指标、杆菌、螺旋体和梭状菌含量均较固定前显著降低(P<0.05),两组球菌含量较固定前显著增加(P<0.05),且固定6个月后Super-Bond组和RTD石英纤维组上述指标及美观性与舒适度评分比较差异均显著(P<0.05);两组牙槽骨吸收情况、咀嚼功能和修复体质量评分比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:Super-Bond C&B粘接系统与法国RTD石英纤维固位对重度牙周炎松动牙齿固定均有积极影响,但前者可有效改善患者牙周指数和牙周袋底微生态环境,提高牙周夹板主观满意度,整体修复治疗效果较佳。Objective:To explore and analyze the effect of Super-Bond C&B and RTD quartz fiber periodontal splint on the restoration treatment of severe periodontitis after loose teeth fixation.Methods:Forty patients with tooth loosening due to severe periodontitis who were treated in the hospital between January 2019 and January 2021 were selected.The patients were randomly divided into Super-Bond group(20 cases,41 affected teeth)and RTD quartz fiber group(20 cases,40 affected teeth).After 1 month of basic periodontal treatment in the two groups,the patients in Super-Bond group were given Super-Bond C&B bonding system fixation and the patients in RTD quartz fiber group were fixed with France RTD quartz fiber.The restoration effect,periodontal index,alveolar resorption,periodontal pocket bottom-related flora and periodontal splint subjective satisfaction were compared between the two groups of patients after 6 months of loose teeth fixation.Results:After 6 months of fixation,there was no significant difference in the excellent and good rate between super-bond group(95.12%)and RTD quartz fiber group(82.50%)(P>0.05).The contents of periodontal index,bacillus,spirochetes and clostridium in two groups were significantly decreased compared with before fixation(P<0.05),and the contents of cocci in two groups were significantly increased compared with before fixation(P<0.05).After 6 months of fixation,there were significant differences in the above indexes,aesthetic and comfort scores between two groups(P<0.05).There were no significant differences in alveolar bone resorption,masticatory function and prosthesis quality scores between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Super-Bond C&B bonding system and France RTD quartz fiber both have a positive effect on the fixation of loose teeth with severe periodontitis,but the former one can effectively improve the periodontal index and the microecological environment of periodontal pocket bottom.It is beneficial to improving the subjective satisfaction of periodontal splint and has good overall r
